A pleasant experience. I have dealt with a dozen of other dealerships and some multiple times in both new purchases and service. Most were professional, but Hirlinger in the I have dealt with a dozen of other dealerships and some multiple times in both new purchases and service. Most were professional, but Hirlinger in the service of my 2016 2500 Silverado (purchased at a different dealership) and the purchase of our new Camaro exceeded my expectations. Every dealership is nice to you if they think they have the sale or potential sale, but our visit and eventual purchase started with some warranty work on my truck. I was recommended to Hirlinger because of their knowledge of trucks in regards to the service dept. I have experienced the opposite at a couple of other locations in the service history of my past couple Chevrolet trucks and especially when it comes to the Duramax. A "sincere friendly", in lieu of , "I have to be professional because they make me" is felt thru out the entire dealership. In our recent 4 visits, from our first service to picking up our new car, this has been consistent. It is even evident in the other customers attitude while chatting in the showroom and waiting lounge. More
