Mike was super friendly on the phone and you could hear in his voice how pleasant he was. I told him what I was looking for and at what time I would be by that day to look at the Tahoe. He had it right out front waiting for me and it was spotless. He is very knowledgeable about his cars and went into so much detail about all the great features on the vehicle. He made the process so easy and no pressure at all. I have never had that kind of experience before when purchasing a vehicle. Great experience! Bought a new truck from Gary Trabel at Hirlinger Chevrolet. Gary was great to deal with during the buying process and at delivery of the truck. When I took delivery of the truck he went over everything about the truck including every switch and all the programming of the radio and other stuff. That has never happened to my wife or me on any other vehicle we've purchased. Very impressed! I had a blemish on the bumper that I noticed when I got the truck home. I took it back on Monday and they apologized about it and ordered a new bumper. 2 days later I took it back to have the new bumper put on. I dealt with Tobey Woolwine in the service department and he also made the experience very smooth. I highly recommend Hirlinger Chevrolet. Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to deal with. More
