(Not joking) This happened 6 short weeks after taking my piece of xxxx 2020 Wrangler off the lot. They were practically selling it as a "new" vehicle. Promised a "clean" 135 point inspection. But while test driving it, the front fender was missing some clips to hold it secure. Just like a bad ex, I should of seen the red flags. Just days after purchasing it, I had other safety issues with the vehicle. Light harness too long and dangling between the radiator and fan, no air dam, turn signals stopped working, and the list goes on. And I was told they replaced the wipers...... Negative, ghost rider. Do yourself a favor, and shop elsewhere. More

Very disappointed with the sales team at Cronin. We are looking to trade in our Jeep for a Grand Cherokee and have been shoveled every which way for the last week. Last week, we went to get our Jeep Wrangler appraised and Laith told us they were short staff and finance was backed up so they took the vin and miles off the Jeep and said we would receive a phone call on Monday with a quote. We completely understood because we did not have an appointment and the service industry is short staffed. No call Monday, NO CALL TUESDAY. I called Wednesday and started working with Benny. I gave him all the info and he said they mo longer had what I was looking for on the lot but he would find one. Friday he said he found one at another dealer and he could have it Saturday. His manager Bob called Friday night and tried to persuade us to a vehicle on his lot and we did not feel it meet our criteria. So I said I would like the one they could get from another dealer. I was told we would get a call in the morning. I received a text asking how I liked the one sent Friday night. I explained it was over our price range and didn’t for our needs and that we still wanted to go forward with the other car and that we looked forward to making a deal. Later in the day, I texted to see if the Grand Cherokee would be in by 4 and I was told they didn’t know what delear had it or where they were getting it from. A while later they said the other dealership wasn’t answering their calls. When I inquired about the name and number so I could try to call I was told, “ I don’t know from the sales associate.” I called at 5:30 knowing they closed at 6 and Evan took my call and said he would try to figure everything out and that I would receive a call from Bob before he left for the evening. Surprisingly he never called. If you’re looking for loyal service this isn’t the dealership you should go to. Very disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism. More

Bought a used ranger 1 month ago and it will be in the shop for the second time. Overfilled my oil twice by 1.5 qts. Didn't change antifreeze that I requested until I pointed it out.
