Update: I found some broken parts in the truck, Dealership Wont help to replace it, I Bugged them for 3 weeks to look into getting it fixed, only to be told its not covered under warranty. There is still a year left of factory bumper to bumper and its certified pre owned. I was told that because I got a good deal on the truck i should deal with the broken parts, it isn't my fault ford sales are down and they wanted to sell the truck. its my fault for not catching it prior to purchase, i should have known not to trust them. I am disappointed in the care after the sale for customers and the quality of vehicles that ford produces. I'm going to reach out to ford corporate and see if there is anything they can do. I will update once that process is complete. I'm not a ford guy, nor have I done business with this dealership prior to yesterday. I know ford has had some issues with dealers, If they want to fix it they need to model off Cronin. Very laid back no sales pressure, I did end up buying a truck from them. I called and worked a possible deal on the phone drove 2.5 hours to see the truck. they greeted me and the family. We had our young child with us, staff talked to us while we waited and was very friendly, and accommodating. paperwork went super smooth. hands down this was the smoothest experience I have had at any dealership. I worked with Joe, and Justin. I will see how the truck works out. More

Glad we stopped into Cronin Ford to look for a Mach-E back in March. While they didn't have any in stock we could test drive at the time, Joey Smart was wonderful at explaining the ordering process.
