So after trying to deal with 2 other Ford dealerships to get my new F150, I walked into Cronin Ford not expecting anything more than what I received at the other 2 dealerships...bad service. To make this short, the salesman Dave was a pleasure to work with, more than any other car saleseman I've ever worked with. They did A LOT of work to find me the truck I wanted and gave me a great deal on top of it. Kudos to Cronin Ford, I am recommending them (and Dave) to everyone who needs a new car! More

I purchased a 2008 Mercury Mariner on 4/4/11 from this dealership. The initial dealing was fantastic. On 4/6/11 my mother noticed the front bumper looked a little crooked. My boyfriend looked closer and confirmed screws were missing from the bumper and while searching the other side discovered a gash plus scuffs on the front passenger tire that had been Armoralled over. I called Dave and told him what we found. He gave a line about it being used and whatnot but said he would talk with his manager to see what they could do. 45 minutes later I hadn't heard back from him so my boyfriend and I drove back to the dealership to confront them (politely) about the tire being a safety issue. Dave was sitting at his desk playing on his cell phone which proved to me he had no intention of calling me back. I showed him the issues and the fact that the gash was down to the cross-hatching beneath the rubber. 15 minutes later we left with a promise that the tire and the bumper would be taken care of. The tire was replaced the next day with a used but serviceable tire and we took the car back in 4/11 when they fixed the bumper. Ultimately they made this ugly situation right and we'll be back because they made it right, but be VERY CAREFUL to FULLY INSPECT any car you buy from this dealership - even look at things you wouldn't normally look at, like making sure the bumper's fully attached! I give this dealership an overall rating of 5 meaning that they surpassed my expectations of a dealership and impressed me with their knowledge of vehicles and their clear explanation of financial options. I recently purchased a new 2011 Kia Rio 5 on March 29, 2011. I contacted the Cronin dealership via the internet that morning and to my surprise I received a call very promptly from a salesman named Ed 2011. He was very courteous and friendly and I spoke with him and explained what I was looking for and he took information from me and said he would get back to me. To my surprise once again he promptly called me back with the info that I needed. My husband and I came down to the dealership that evening and met Mr. Mackey. Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful, but Mr. Mackey greeted us and began helping us right away. My whole experience there was anything but stressful or pressured. During the time we were there I found the vehicle that I wanted and the whole process went very smoothly. Everyone that we worked with or came in contact with was very nice and courteous. I came down the following day and Mr. Mackey took the time to go over all the options on my new vehicle and make sure I felt comfortable and answered every question that I had. I have had my new car a little over a week and love it. Earlier this week Mr. Mackey called me once again to follow up on my purchase and asked if I had anymore questions or if I needed any other assistance with anything. I have never had such a positive experience with buying a new car or working with a dealership. They had it towed to the dealership and stood by there vehicle! They covered the repairs and it was hassle free. I was completely satisfied with the entire dealership.
