My wife and I went to Cronin Kia to look at several models of compact/midsize cars for our growing family. We met Rich Underwood in the parking lot who listened to our questions and concerns and made models of compact/midsize cars for our growing family. After going for a test drive in a brand new Kia Soul, at Rich's suggestion, we knew that it would fit us best. Cronin's prices and variety of inventory made our decision even easier. Rich helped us out with the price and fine details of our decision. We walked away the same night very happy customers. In fact, we were so satisfied with my wife's new car, I went back to Cronin 4 days later and purchased a brand new Kia Optima myself! Again Rich was extremely helpful in explaining the different trim levels to me and the great packages the Optima's have available. Again I walked away from Cronin Kia a very satisfied customer and have been recommending the dealership and Rich's name ever since. Overall I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new Kia. I knew exactly what I was looking for. Rick contacted me by email spoke to him the next day and test drove the car! Once at the dealership, Mr Monroe was busy with another customer, one of the other salesman came over and engaged me in a conversation, basketball and baseball....He kept me occupied for the short wait. Mr. Monroe insisted that I take the car on a test drive and explained that he just didn't feel right if I didn't and later found a problem! Once the financing was complete (painless and professional), Mr Monroe escorted me to the car and explained the different features within the new KIA. Most of all, I was in an extreme time crunch to complete the transaction, Mr. Monroe was able to accomplish and still make me feel very comfortable. The follow-up after the sale has been beyond what I would could call "normal salesmanship". Almost to the point we have a "new" friend and would not hesitate to recommend not only Cronin but Mike Monroe to family or friends. More

I read the ratings here ahead of time but was overall disappointed with the customer service I received. I liked the staff there and they were nice enough..just didn't feel they worked for the sale when disappointed with the customer service I received. I liked the staff there and they were nice enough..just didn't feel they worked for the sale when clearly I was ready to buy. I was told there wasn't another car like I wanted within 400 miles.. however I found the exact car- Color, style etc with less mileage within 30 miles. Not sure how that happens?? I ended up purchasing from another dealer and feel as if I got better customer service there. More

I went into the Kia dealer because I had already done some research online and it was time to test drive. I had been emailing with Mike and he met me one evening on my way home from work. He had me test drive the car and then sat down with me and we went over the options on the car and we started the financing process. Because it was late in the day, we had to continue to the next day because we were not getting approvals back from the banks. So Mike called me the next day and gave me an update and we were able to get the deal done the next afternoon and I went home with a new car! Mike was awesome...he's so calm and easy to work with. He doesn't give you any bs...just says it the way that it is. He also had a no pressure attitude, which was a welcome change from so many other salesmen that I had met. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a new car...go see Mike! More

I was pretty sure what kind of car I wanted as my next new car but was apprehensive about going to a dealership due to some of the bad experiences I've had in the past. I pulled into Cronin's Kia lot and was met by Mike.He was very friendly,knowledgeble and did not pressure me.I was able to testdrive a vehicle and made up my mind to purchase.I returned several days later,with my wife,to purchase the car and again was met by Mike.Even though he was very busy,he took time to make sure I was taken care of.He introduced me to Chuck, that did some of the paper work,then to Nick and to Jeramy.The sale was wrapped up in about 90 min.Mike met me after the paperwork was completed and apologized for not spending more time with me.Mike suggested that that I return,at my conveniance,to make sure I understood all the features of my new Optima. I returned the next day with a few questions.Mike took all the time I needed to explain all the features. Chuck even came out to say Hi.Jamie called to welcome me to Cronin. I will definetly reccommend Cronin to my friends. This was the best car buying experiance I've had in my 69 years. More
