Worst service ever Absolutely will never ever buy a vehicle here again. We purchased a truck a week ago. The tire pressure gauges were not working properly. At the time of purchase the mechanic shop was closed and we were told to bring it back to have it reset. Upon return, not only did we have to wait 3 HOURS but they wanted to charge us $400! Absolutely outrageous. This is the worst service we have ever experienced! Please heed the warning, this place is full of liars and cheats. NEVER AGAIN. More

My wife and I broke down in Mount Hope WV on our way to Missouri from North Carolina. Ms Massey got our truck in the shop right away. Crossroads Chevy diagnosed the problem and ordered the part to replace the #5 fuel injector. Since the part would not be in until Monday Ms. Massey gave us a loaner vehicle for the weekend. Since she was from the area she told us different sites to see and things to do in the area. I am completely satisfied with the service and treatment we received. If we ever break down again I hope we are near Crossroads Chevrolet. More
