Wouldn’t even give a 1 if it was an option …. got maintenance done and had trouble with headrest not folding down on my 3rd row. They tried to tell me they were “stationary”. It’s winter so my tire pressure had been lower. If they rotated my tires like said just 30 mins beforehand, shouldn’t have a low tire pressure. More
