Got letter "worded" like recall, thought GMC may be finally backing their product. Recall letter was a scam, just a solicitation for this business. Crossroads did not fix my vehicle but quickly assessed a 100 dollar "diagnostic fee" just to hook up a snan tool. Advanced Auto will do this for free. This Sealership just like all the others. If your buying a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go up the road a few miles to Hometown Kia and get yourself a good car with a 10 year and 100 thousand mile warranty. I am embarrassed for America.
