Everything was perfect, until we found out we were looking at a totally different vehicle than we requested. The price was about 2k cheaper and we were ready to jump on it when they figured it out tha looking at a totally different vehicle than we requested. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right color I wanted in the hybrid and I had to decline. But awesome staff and service! Next car will definitely be Crossroads Cary! More
