My son found the truck he had been looking for in an online ad from CrossRoads Ford. I called the dealership and spoke with Micheal Ketter about the truck. It was about three days before we could make time to take the trip down to Cary NC. That's about 500 miles one way for us. He held the truck for us until we could get there which was very accomodating I thought, and unusual in today's market. As soon as we got there, we were made to feel welcome and that they appreciated us being there. We were very pleased with the truck and were able to make a deal we could live with. It was exactly as he had described and I'm very glad to have dealt with Micheal. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again when I'm in the market for another vehicle. More
