Everyone involved in this sale made me and my daughter feel comfortable. It was my daughter's first new car and they made the experience pleasant - no high-pressure sales at all. Our salesman was polite and sincere - taking his time showing us possible options and steering us to the best car for my daughter. Jeremy Day helped us come to a deal that my daughter could afford - always polite and helpful and seemingly wanting to be able to work toward the car my daughter wanted - and ultimately got thanks to his efforts. Our finance person - AJ - was also very informative, friendly, and helpful. This was not my first experience at Crossroads Ford - and will not be my last because of the excellent service we obtained from start to finish. Michael was the nicest sales person I have ever had to deal with and buying a new car is not something I enjoy doing due to the games you have to play with the dealership and the sales guy.
