We meet with Steve initially through an internet inquiry. We were looking at the possibility of getting a new car to replace our current vehicle with $160K miles. What was great, is that Steve contacted us directly when the dealership began to run a new incentive on several 2012 vehicles. We came in the following day and purchased our car the following business day. Steve could not have better served us during the process. He personally walked us through the entire process and the dealership also saw our employment and offered us some additional incentives. What great service as we were already buying the car but they continued to find us additional savings. They also were able to get us a lower rate on our loan than previously communicated. They have also followed up with us several times to ensure we were 100% satisfied. That was done by the manager from the dealership as well as from Steve. They have exceeded our expectations and have this has been our best car buying experience in the last 20 years. Everyone was very nice and helpful from the beginning. Steve met us and asked us what we were interested in; he took the time to ask what options we were looking for. He went over the different features of each model and asked me if I wanted to test drive one of the cars. He let me choose the model I wanted to drive. We took an upgraded XLT off the lot and I ended really liking everything about it. We made the decision to buy that car but we were unsure of a purchase or lease. Steve showed us a breakdown of either scenario to help us with our decision. We settled in on purchasing the vehicle after figuring out my company was part of the X Plan giving us a further discount. I finished the paperwork with AJ who was very thorough and easy to work with while Steve got the car cleaned and detailed for me. When I finished the paperwork the car was ready and Steve stayed after hours to make sure I knew exactly how all the features of the explorer worked. More

Best car buying experience ever! To start, showroom was massive and very clean, so much variety in inventory (truly, if you want a Ford, this dealer will have it, or will find it). Second, Michael is far f massive and very clean, so much variety in inventory (truly, if you want a Ford, this dealer will have it, or will find it). Second, Michael is far from the stereotypical pushy salesman; he is honest, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. My Dad and I could not have found a more gifted car salesman - and believe me, we shopped around (visited 3 other dealerships, Crossroads of Cary was 125 miles away and worth every extra mile!). Also, Steve and Craig in the business office were equally as gifted. Steve knows the finance business, yet he and Craig were obvious men of integrity. I will be back to this dealership for my or my son's next car. Yes, it is businesses like Crossroads that we should be excited to support. I pray for their continued success and congrats to Ford for their Focus being the top selling car worldwide; that's what I purchased! More
