I have been working with Craig Maxa at Crossroads Ford off and on for over 2 years now, and he has been nothing but helpful and patient. I came to this dealer to buy a new Ford Explorer. Sales person Jason Burton was the best I could have hoped for. However the sales management was horrible. First they offered me 4,000 less for my trade then another Ford dealership ended up doing, then came up to within 500 of that price after negotiating on the phone, so we agreed to purchase the Vehicle. Later that day after getting financing all lined up with a bank and getting the title out of our vault, we were on our way in when Keith the internet sales manager called us back, retracting the offer within 3 hours of accepting it. I called and spoke to the GM who told me flat out he didnt want to do business with me as he had the final say in any deal. I was floored, so I went to Don Jenkins and two hours later I got a better deal with more on my trade, 4k more in total then Crossroads initial offer. I will never, EVER do business with this company and I recommend you do the same. I sincerely feel bad For Jason who lost the sale and commission due to his managements poor customer service and negotiating skills. More
