I have used Crossroads for Years! Always been very happy with them. Took my truck in for service on September 12 2025. For the standard works package. Charged me almost $100 for Air F Always been very happy with them. Took my truck in for service on September 12 2025. For the standard works package. Charged me almost $100 for Air Filter and Cabin Filter. I personally know it did not need an Air Filter as I just changed it myself! No Phone call no Text! No Nothing! So basically my service doubled and I was not expecting that! No Worries though there are other choices for my service! More

Enjoyable purchase experience. Was able to research interests on the dealer website (good online experience) and go into the dealership knowing which vehicles I wanted to see. Knowledgeable salesperson assisted in viewing the vehicles. No test drive necessary as I was very familiar with the vehicle. Quickly narrowed down choice and negotiated a fair market price.
