My wife and I have been doing business with Crossroads Ford in Kernersville for 15 years, and the service department team has consistently been great and supportive. Six months ago, I purchased a new veh Ford in Kernersville for 15 years, and the service department team has consistently been great and supportive. Six months ago, I purchased a new vehicle at Crossroads in Apex, since they the one I wanted in stock. When I went for the first scheduled maintenance in Kernersville, I was surprised to be charged the full amount, despite having been told about the first three scheduled maintenance being offered at no charge with the 3 on Us incentive. The service personnel in Kernersville graciously credited the full amount, even though I requested full synthetic oil (the 3 on Us covers for synthetic blend). I’m glad the Kernersville service team honored the Crossroads promise, however, it was not a very good experience for me to “ask” for something that was previously given to me at the time of purchasing my new vehicle. More
