I have never been to friendlier car dealership to do anything wether it’s service, parts and even when I bought my car there my sales consultant and the management were the best experience I had buying my car. $2000 worth of work I took in a 1999 van for repairs that fixed rotators, brakes, lights, and many other items. They kept van for 2 weeks with numerous calls and bill was almost $2000. Van drives like a wheelbarrow when it hits 65 to 70 miles per hour. I have called Aaron at Crossroad Ford 3 times without him picking up phone, I spoke with service management who defense is they are very busy. Entire department is useless and I purchased a 2015 150 from Crosswood Ford with salesman promising the moon. I will be going back to Parkway Ford where customer service means something and not just lip service for business. More

Service I have a Ford F350 King Ranch I came in on Saturday morning to have the oil change and check on a standard warranty for my truck I found out the next I have a Ford F350 King Ranch I came in on Saturday morning to have the oil change and check on a standard warranty for my truck I found out the next day that they did not feel all the fluids up where they should be I called in talk to service Department on Monday and told them what had happened I feel that you pay that much to have oil change done everything should be done on this I myself took care and rechecked everything on my truck to make sure it was up to par and fill up. Definitely not expected. Everything was under warranty and I was given a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. Robert, the service manager was helpful and patient when responding to my requests and questions. More
My 2018 Ford Escape Ecoboost I can not say enough about how happy I am with my Ford Escape. Since I do drive a lot I am able to go longer between service. The Escape rides great. The Ford dealership in Kernersville, NC is excellent. Josh worked with me got the color I wanted and was very helpful. I had my Escape in on Monday (6/17/19) and Aaron was my service tech. He went beyond to help me and my car was ready in no time. I will not hesitate to buy another care from Crossroads Ford if I buy another one. More

Boy, are we glad we were After searching for a F250 we saw advertised at various Ford dealerships, we settled on Crossroads Ford in Kernersville, NC. Boy, are we glad we were lead there. As our feet hit the pavement, Randy, our super-salesman greeted us and suggested we look at a loaner F150 that fit our needs. What a great surprise!! We hopped in and went for a little spin. Sold at first sight.. a shiny metallic red FORD truck. Having the tow package for the Airstream trailer we were purchasing, it was absolutely perfect. Don't know if it was advertised. Then, Brian, in finance came up with a deal we couldn't resist. Certainly, we are such dedicated and thrilled customers, we want y'all to know that you, also can find satisfaction here as well. John, the General Manager, came out and spent quality time with us as well. We know how important we are to them, as they are to us. Another thing I'd like to address is that we had a tunnel cover installed while we were waiting the couple of days for the funds to transfer from our bank. The job was completed on time and perfectly as promised. More

Doing the right thing at the right time My issue was not simple. The locking differential was not working after only a few months. They checked it out and ordered a new module which did not My issue was not simple. The locking differential was not working after only a few months. They checked it out and ordered a new module which did not fix the issue. They had to go further into the mechanical to find this issue and realized they needed parts. Rather than putting it back together and making me come back, they gave me a loaner. It made my day as I had customers waiting on my to arrive. I could not be happier with the customer service at this dealership. Thank you all so much and a special thank you to Mike the service adviser. More
