Had to make an appointment to drop off my truck just to be told the recall expired… they could have told me this over the phone when I set up the appointment. Just a waste of both of ours time. I’m sure it be told the recall expired… they could have told me this over the phone when I set up the appointment. Just a waste of both of ours time. I’m sure it was to try and upsell expensive diagnostic time and labor. Also how does a recall expire? Ford says emissions recalls don’t expire, but this dealership does. More

The service staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only negative comment is about their online service scheduling. Whenever I try to schedule 'The Works' services the system displays the date and t My only negative comment is about their online service scheduling. Whenever I try to schedule 'The Works' services the system displays the date and times available, until I click the "I'll wait for my vehicle" choice, at which the system grays out all choices of appointment times. I'm not leaving my vehicle all day for standard services. More

Made the service very simple. I was having my 2024 Mustang GT’s first oil change done. And unfortunately I didn’t make an appointment. Thankfully they got me in by mobile mechanic I was having my 2024 Mustang GT’s first oil change done. And unfortunately I didn’t make an appointment. Thankfully they got me in by mobile mechanic. Which was an awesome experience. To be able to sit in my own home rather than at the dealership was a nice feeling. I loved the fact that the mobile service didn’t cost any extra which definitely makes me appreciate this dealership even more. I have 2 ford dealers close to me and this dealership is about 22 minutes away from me and I will hands down only go to this dealership due to their amazing service and customer pricing! Love it. Keep it up Crossroads Ford of Kernersville! You got a loyal customer as far as I am concerned. More
