Complicated repair made easy I can not begin to explain the positive experience I had with Crossroads Ford. My GPS, subscription radio and the head unit was cutting in and out. I can not begin to explain the positive experience I had with Crossroads Ford. My GPS, subscription radio and the head unit was cutting in and out. It was extremely frustrating to be almost at your destination and the unit would cut out and then restart requiring your location to be put in again. Or losing your Bluetooth connection and not having access to my radio programming I was paying for. Aron and the service team at Crossroads turned a very frustrating situation into positive one by making sure the steps they were taking was going to resolve the issue. Research behind the scene of recalls, claims and internet searches isolated the issue and ordered the correct parts and the problem has been completely resolved. The opposite I can say for the first dealership I tried in Greensboro, who told me to go away that the problem was not something they wanted to handle. Thanks Crossroads, Andy More

We drive about 1 1/2 hours to get our F150 serviced. When we purchased the truck Crossroads gave us the best price. We bought the truck from Kelly and stay in contact with him. The service department personnel are always so courteous and helpfull! They take the truck back for service as soon as we get to the service area and tell us when the truck will be ready. If there is a problem they always update us and let us know if there will be an additional cost. We are happy with the personnel and the service we receive at Crossroads Ford. More
Disappointed I bought my F150 new in 2013 at Cross Roads and I love it. Up until 12/21/17 I have had no complaints with the service department, but I am disappoin I bought my F150 new in 2013 at Cross Roads and I love it. Up until 12/21/17 I have had no complaints with the service department, but I am disappointed in the way things were handled that day and today. I took my truck in and left it with them for the day to check out a roaring sound in the front end and a shake in my steering. Of course they checked it out and found nothing wrong, (No charge) so I drove it home. I called today to get a copy of the work order (because it is still making the same noise and the steering has a vibration in it) and all they had was a written note they found nothing wrong and heard no sounds from the front end. I realize it was the start of the Christmas holiday and I felt like I was bothering them, but now my husband is looking for someone else to check the truck out. More

They had my car for 5 and a half weeks, for a transmission issue that was under warranty, they never called to keep me updated on my car when I would call they were very cold to me. When I finally got my car back after 5 and a half weeks they gave it to me rattling, and didn’t even fix the problem! When I called back they claimed they didn’t know what I was talking about even though I have papers stating that they knew what the problem was! Would never ever go back to this dealership even if my car broke down right out front! Worst dealership ever!!! They will lie through their teeth and treat you like you don’t matter More
