Brought my vehicle in for service and ended up with a damaged vehicle when i left. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks for a basic service. I also just found out that they did not do the safety recall; damaged vehicle when i left. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks for a basic service. I also just found out that they did not do the safety recall; how could you have my vehicle there for that length of time and not at least do the recall? Service manager "Mike" said there is nothing they can do about it and to file a claim with my insurance company for the damage. I hope perspective buyers take a note of this. I will have the vehicle repaired at my expense and they will never see this truck again.. More

I made the appointment for the 3rd oil change. I chose not to have the tires rotated at this dealership, I arrived a little early and was greeted immediately, I waited in the service lounge and am very not to have the tires rotated at this dealership, I arrived a little early and was greeted immediately, I waited in the service lounge and am very thankful that the TV was on Spectrum news. I cannot tolerate Fox so I was able to stay in the air conditioned space. The vehicle was returned indoors. Got no adverse feedback so I assume all is well. Will be back! More
