Not only will they not honor the online price for a used car unless you finance with them AND have a trade-in (they don't put that on the website), if they can't find your second key until 3 days later they car unless you finance with them AND have a trade-in (they don't put that on the website), if they can't find your second key until 3 days later they'll drop it in a plain white envelope and drop it in the mail. USPS says very specifically NOT to do this (Publication 25, chapter 3-7), as bulky items will be damaged and ejected as the letter goes through processing, like my key was. Then they'll blame USPS for losing your key, refuse to admit the mistake, and offer to charge you to replace it. Please consider whether a dealership who cheaps out in such a way should be trusted with your next car purchase. More

Horrible customer service experience. Thursday morning my remote start worked fine. I went in Thursday to receive a state inspection and oil change on my Ford. Afterwards, my remote start no longer works, despite batteries in the vehicle and key fob both being fine. Of course the dealership/service department claimed it’s nothing they did wrong but they are willing to diagnose it for a $250 fee. SMH! More

The recent service(state inspection) went well and was completed promptly. I wish the technician would take a little more pride and install the inspection sticker straight instead of very crooked. The truck(2014 f150xlt) I bought previously from your dealership got a new current inspection sticker when I took delivery and I think the same thing should have been done in March of this year for this truck. Regarding the sales person/ staff I had to ask what deals if any and special financing were being offered at that time. Neither the sales person or the sales manager/ finance manager (not sure of title) were forthcoming with this information. More
