I bought the car from Crossroads and during purchase process I asked if there were any outstanding recalls on it and I was told no, there were no recalls. Later got notice there was actually a recall on process I asked if there were any outstanding recalls on it and I was told no, there were no recalls. Later got notice there was actually a recall on it. Took the car in for the repair of the recall. They said it would take a week to fix. During the recall repair they damaged the turbo which they had to replace because of the damage caused by the mechanic which then required an additional week to complete the repair. Eventually got the car fixed. If I knew that the car had an existing significant recall on it I would not have purchased it. More

Horrible customer service experience. Thursday morning my remote start worked fine. I went in Thursday to receive a state inspection and oil change on my Ford. Afterwards, my remote start no longer works, despite batteries in the vehicle and key fob both being fine. Of course the dealership/service department claimed it’s nothing they did wrong but they are willing to diagnose it for a $250 fee. SMH! More
