The two Crossroads dealerships here in Cary and North Raleigh have provided the best buying and service experiences I've ever had in 35 years of buying and leasing cars. Gary Feldman is the sales professional I have dealt with (initially at the North Raleigh location and now at the Cary store). He's very likeable and friendly and he never makes me feel pressured. I always enjoy visiting with him even if I'm just there for a service call. There's been little need for negotiation because the first deal he put on the table was better than my intended final offer both times. I've never seen any service department move as efficiently or as fast as Crossroads Infiniti. I routinely spent 30 minutes or more just dropping off or picking up my car at a certain Toyota dealer on Glenwood Avenue. Not at Crossroads! They have me in and out and in my free loaner car in 2 minutes! And it's always washed and vacuumed even if it's just in for an oil change! I don't see any need to shop anywhere else. More

We leased two cars and would definitely come back. We are sold on the whole infinity experience, performance and quality of the vehicles. However, the staff is what made us decide to go with infinity. They treated us like we were important to them and when spending a decent amount of money, everyone wants to feel like their needs are being considered financially as well as what you like. This was the very best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Tristan was knowledgable about the QX60, professional, courteous and attentive to my needs. Once we finished all the paperwork, Tristan offered to show me all the features of the car but I was in a hurry and could not stay. Because I couldn't stay, he told me to come back anytime and he would show me. Although my schedule didn't allow me to do that, he pleasantly answered many calls and texts from me asking about various functions. The vehicle we wanted didn't have the DVD player so we ordered one which the dealership installed and it works perfectly. I would highly recommend Tristan and this dealership. More

The team pulls together behind the scenes to create a flawless buying experience for the customer. Priceless! I decided to choose the hybrid Q50 and am very happy with the fuel efficiency and all the great features of this vehicle. A great value for the price. Julie also went above and beyond the average sales person offering to meet with me about a week after purchase to answer any other questions regarding features of the car. I took her up on her offer and she clarified my questions. The service department also is top notch. They are very friendly, always professional, and treat you like royalty with pastries, cookies, mints, and ultimately finish the experience with a car wash and vacuum.
