Crossroads INFINITI of Raleigh responded

Ms.Downtain came into dealership on Friday, April 13th to test drive our 05 Sequoia. She decided to leave to "check out a few other vehicles". Both Sales Manager Kolter Kesler and Finance Manager Chris Biggs encouraged Ms. Downtain to leave a deposit to secure the vehicle and she declined. When she came back on Saturday morning, the vehicle was out on a test drive with another customer, who in turn purchased the vehicle. Ms.Downtain was asked at that point if she would like us to search our extensive used vehicle inventory of 15 stores to find her another vehicle and she refused. The Sales Manager "called the people on the test drive and made a deal with them on the phone" is an outright lie. Using words like shady and sketchy are very derogatory and I submit that this review be removed.

Ms. Burroughs, I apologize again for how you feel about the situation. As we spoke about previously, because you were turning in a leased vehicle early there was negative equity that had to be taken care of. It was your decision to trade your M37 on a new Hybrid, and also to purchase the preowned Land Rover. You had expressed in previous meetings your goal of having both cars. We merely provided you the payments that it would take to fulfill your request. You had time to think about the purchase, and you were never pushed into having to make a decision on the spot. Every finance figure was at your fingertips before you signed the documents. If there were any questions about them, I wish you would have addressed them before taking delivery of the two vehicles. I am truly sorry that this experience wasn't what you expected. Thanks, Kolter

That's fine. As a consumer I'm allowed to leave my review of my experience. Also I have escalated the case with a Wachovia regional manager and it is a federal crime to defraud loan paperwork to get a loan so good luck with that
