She was most attentive to all our needs: offering refreshments, providing the Carfax upfront, as well as being direct and concise i was Tracey Rumor. They were upfront in their desire to close the deal, but Tracey and Yuri the sales manager were not the "typical car salesman pushy". They worked with us and our budget to provide us with a great offer that we couldn't refuse. In finalizing the sale and dealing with all the paperwork, John Moulton was easy going and enjoyable. He told us all the options for warranties available to us, and again, worked with our budget to give us an offer than we couldn't refuse. In having my car serviced several days later, again I was impressed at the level Tracey and the dealership went above and beyond to meet my needs and not inconvenience me in any way.
