I had the best sales experience ever this week at Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest. I shopped another Nissan dealership before I visited and was blown away by the professionalism of Al Kruziak. High pressure sale. I visited Crossroads Nissan not knowing what my car shopping experience would be like. And, if like many previous experiences it would not be all that good. Al helped me through the whole process in a very courteous, knowledgeable way. No high pressure tactics, he just walked slowly with me and made the experience very positive. Guided me through car selection, financing arrangements, and after the deal was made, walked me through all the functions and operations of the vehicle. Al and the staff at Croassroads Nissan made me comfortable, and I would highly recommend Al as a qualified salesperson.
