Their facility is clean & comfortable. The finance process was relatively quick & pain free. I loved the Maxima. From the beginning Mike was very friendly and answered every question I had, and I had many. Mike made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We never once felt pressured. His calm demeanor was a big factor in our decision to get the Maxima. Although some issues came up during the process, Mike addressed each one in a professional manner, thus cementing our decision.
