My pleasant experience with the Crowley service department I recently needed to take my Jeep wrangler in for service and I had such a pleasant experience that I wanted to write a review. Tom Modeen as well as I recently needed to take my Jeep wrangler in for service and I had such a pleasant experience that I wanted to write a review. Tom Modeen as well as the service team had my Jeep back to good by the next day and on Easter weekend! Tom took care of me too, because I am a Crowley customer and bought the Jeep from here a few years ago. I’d also like to mention the wonderful ladies at the front desk of the service department. They were so nice to work with right down to requesting an appointment same day and on Good Friday to being accommodating and delightful. More

I found one that was close to what I wanted at Crowley Chrysler Jeep so I scheduled a test drive to make sure I liked the vehicle. I ended up loving it, but that specific model was not what I was looking for. I dealt with Mike and Chris and after we sat down and talked, they were confident they could find me the perfect Compass! Less than a week later, they had found the exact one I was looking for and my top color choice! Service Rep saves my grandchildren lifes! My 2016 Ram 2500 was in for routine maintenance and a few recalls. Some were very important safety recalls that had 'back ordered' parts. This may seem routine to some, but as a grandfather of 6 grandsons, who frequently travel in the truck with me, their safety is my utmost concern. Mr. Ericksen took it upon himself to keep an eye on the availability of the recall parts and as soon as they were available, he set an appointment for me, that included a great rental for the day. I want to personally thank Mr. Ericksen for going the 'extra mile' and for possibly saving my grandsons lifes! More
