Poor communication I recently ordered a new vehicle for the first time in my life, and let me tell you I will never forget it... After placing the order for the vehicle, I recently ordered a new vehicle for the first time in my life, and let me tell you I will never forget it... After placing the order for the vehicle, we were told that we would “be kept in the loop” during the process. Sadly that was not the case, my sales rep only called me once in 6 months to offer an update that I had not requested. I placed my order on 5-2-2017, we were given an original delivery date of 6-30-2017. After the deadline had come and gone and I did not receive any calls from the dealership, I contacted them. After leaving several voicemails, I received a call back stating that there was a parts hold up with no ETA for parts. We waited for 2 more months before the van was shipped. In the meantime we received a call from Mr. Ken Crowley himself, because if you’re not happy he wants to know. HA, what a joke, he kept referring to my van as my truck, and talked about how my power mirrors (which I don’t have) were the cause of the holdup and told me I was upset because I wasn’t happy with what I was told... I told him I was unhappy because of the lack of communication coming from his business. I told him that his reference of my truck and it’s power mirrors was a perfect example of the communication problem. We finally took delivery on Halloween. They did not offer to help us out, I even asked for some snow tires since we are now coming into winter. After writing a review on Facebook they said they wanted to help me out, I told them they should have helped me the first time instead of trying to make it right later.... More
