Incompetent Mechanics at Crowley Jeep Dodge Ram My 2014 Ram 2500 Diesel has been there 3 times for the same issues and all 3 times they couldn't figure out or diagnose the problem, of course not bec My 2014 Ram 2500 Diesel has been there 3 times for the same issues and all 3 times they couldn't figure out or diagnose the problem, of course not because it's still under warranty I bet if they warranty expired they would figure it out no problem! The mechanic that was called out to test drive with me, so I could show him the problem, was the biggest jerk-off I have ever witnessed! Rude arrogant behavior in the service dept. in front of customers, way to run your service dept. Crowley's! The mechanic complained that he was too busy to take a test drive at that moment and stormed back into the work bay area. Apparently getting to the bottom of a problem is not top priority at Crowley! The problems I brought my truck in for unless you were deaf dumb and mute, were noticeable and should of been diagnosed and fixed by any competent mechanic. I wouldn't buy a go-kart from Crowley or take anything to get fixed there ever again, not like they fix it anyway! More

Always great service We have been a customer of Crowley Auto Group since 1998 when a much smaller family oriented dealer in the area closed. The service there was great and I felt that a much larger dealership would just treat me like a number and they do, Number ONE. We have purchased 13 new vehicles since 98 with six of them being Jeeps and the balance either Dodge cars, vans, or Ram PUs. We presently have an 11 Ram 2500 PU, 15 Grand Cherokee and 17 Cherokee and they are all very reliable having never been stranded or even broken down. Service is easy to schedule and completed when expected. They bend over backwards in my opinion. In closing, I feel it's a dollar well spent. Many of the staff are like family members, the good ones.
