Purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude 4x4 Crowley Jeep, there was no pressure on a sale. Sales Manager Jon and Salesman Kenny were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. This was a very easy sale for me, they were efficient and patient with me asking a multitude of questions. After a day that we had the vehicle a light came on and the car stalled and wouldn't restart. We called Crowley, they towed it to the service department diagnosed and would not give us the vehicle back until all issues were fixed. The services was very quick and again efficient. They did provide us with a rental vehicle at no cost over the weekend More

Did not replace the push button for the ignition left it on the floor 2. Did not replace the safety plug that had to be removed for the manual transmission override 3. Had instruction NSK not to use Synthetic Oil for the oil change but used it anyhow 4. Did not reset the " Time for oil change " setting 5. Did not leave the paper on the floor as all dealers do Suggest you correct these or you shall lose business to your competitor Papas More

Always take care of the customer no matter what! Tim Stroker is the best service manager I have ever seen. Bends over backwards to help and resolve any issues. AND they have Green Mountain coffee for customers while waiting (huge bonus for me!) More

Fixed my out of warranty problem! I took my 2016 200c into the service department to be looked at for an engine issue, I was placed in a very nice Grand Cherokee for a loaner. The next I took my 2016 200c into the service department to be looked at for an engine issue, I was placed in a very nice Grand Cherokee for a loaner. The next day, the car was ready and I was told that there were a few computer updates done. Off I went for about a quarter mile, the problem still existed and I went back. After a test drive with a mechanic (Carlos), they told me it was a brake rotor had warped. I have a little over 19000 miles and brakes weren't covered. The mechanic told me that this has been happening alot and had a problem with a 7 mile vehicle that had been sitting on the lot. After a few phone calls, Sevice Manager Rob called me and told me that they would take care of the problem. I bring the car back and another Jeep loaner and all seems to be fine. The test will be the vacation drive next week. I highly recommend this dealership, this is my second vehicle purchased through them and everything from showing me the vehicles to the finance officers to service is on the up and up. I am a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles, and I have yet to have to call Ken Crowley because I wasn't happy. Thanks. More

Failed to perform service Took my 2015 Ram 1500 in for service / oil change. They were supposed to do a 16 point inspection, check all fluids and rotate the tires. They did not r5otate the tires, there was a chalk mark on the front left tire and it was there when I left. They were closing so I blew it off. I left there and went to use my windshield washer and it was out of fluid and the light came on. I went to Pep boys and bought washer fluid, When I opened the hood I found that the service person spilt oil and did not even wipe it off with a rag. Then I found my battery insulation was damaged from something or one and they did not bring that to my attention. I called the service manager several days latter and he was not available, a employee named Dave spoke to me and I told him. He said sorry that you are not satisfied can I give you his voice mail and hung up. He did not care. This is the second time they failed to rotate the tires. I paid for a service contract and this is a theft of service. The next time ,I will call the State Attorney General and file a complaint. I bought 2 cars from them and was looking at a Jeep with a sales person when the truck was being serviced, I will think twice before buying another car from them More
