Better than the Crowley Nissan dealership it shares the lot with that I bought the car from. Ken Crowley’s granddaughter (whatever her name was) sold me a “certified car” and when there were issues less t lot with that I bought the car from. I still have yet to hear back from her . I will NEVER again buy a car from a Crowley dealership! HOWEVER , the Crowley Dodge, Jeep dealer side of it , that I have been going to for upkeep has been OUTSTANDING since day one with customer service taking care of all my cars needs and corrected all of my issues ! They put their customers satisfaction above costs. More

Service was great. ..easy and quick. It was not noticed, however, that the engine shut-off is not working...the auto shut off when stopped at a light or stop sign or in ..easy and quick. Although there were a few missteps while servicing my Jeep's Soft Top Warranty, communication on status and making good on the issues experienced were excellent.
