Very poor. Truck was dropped off for a fairly major repair under warranty with an appointment made 3 weeks prior. For four days the truck sat untouched with no phone call or communication of any kind. I stopped in unannounced to check in things and they said they were too busy. This is my service truck and depend on it to make a living. I had to move my schedule around for the down time of the truck. This was a fairly big loss for me not being able to work and they did not seem to care one bit. NOT HAPPY. More
