Somehow when I scheduled my visit online, the system entered me for a full service visit expecting me to leave my vehicle and not just a oil change visit. This resulted in me having to wait almost two hours for an oil change and maintenance. I've had issues using the website to schedule my oil change appointments previously as well. That said, the folks in the service department were great and did their best to get me taken care of. More
