I arrived at your place on Rt. 6, Bristol, for my oil change appt. on Wed., March 16th at 9:55 a.m. (I made this appt. at beginning of March with your service dept.). Your techni 6, Bristol, for my oil change appt. on Wed., March 16th at 9:55 a.m. (I made this appt. at beginning of March with your service dept.). Your technician, Eric, told me I wasn't on the computer list for servicing. I told him I, in fact, did make this appt. at beginning of March. He very much apologized for this error and promptly saw to it my vehicle would be serviced. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour. Eric was very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with in resolving this issue. He explained my service papers to me and assured me my dashboard read-out was correctly reset, as I told him a couple of times in the past it wasn't. I was very pleased with getting in and getting my car diagnosed , rides etc. Mark was a big help !! The driver was excellent who gave me a ride back and forth . My only complaint was I was on hold for 40 diagnosed , rides etc. Mark was a big help !! The driver was excellent who gave me a ride back and forth . My only complaint was I was on hold for 40 plus minutes before I could speak to anyone - that was unexpected and not what Crowley use to be like - that dent make me too happy but the young man was helpful and did his best to help me get an appointment !!
