We just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Crowley Jeep and had a very pleasant experience in every respect. Every employee that we dealt with was very friendly, attentive and highly responsive. With Covid inventory shortages, the car market is crazy and I was apprehensive about buying a new vehicle at this particular point in time. But the folks at Crowley gave me a fair deal and made the car buying experience pleasant and easy. More

Excellent experience. No pushy sales guys from beginning to end. Get the extended warranty, its worth the money. Mine covered 8 oil changes , tire rotations every oil change and the last year of my lease bu to end. Get the extended warranty, its worth the money. Mine covered 8 oil changes , tire rotations every oil change and the last year of my lease bumper to bumper. the only changes/ tire rotations would have been more than the extended warranty alone so it actually saved me money. Just an all around great experience. I would highly suggest Chris who was my sales guy and Jon the sales manager as great also. Bottom line is I feel they just cared and werent looking to push you to make a buck. They definately gained a repeat customer. More

I was very happy at the ease that Crowley made obtaining the Jeep I wanted. I was facing a long wait for a new order or an overpriced cost for a used one. Crowley made it easy for me set up everything for p the Jeep I wanted. I was facing a long wait for a new order or an overpriced cost for a used one. Crowley made it easy for me set up everything for purchase of my vehicle prior to it being delivered to the dealer. Crowley also went to the extra effort to pick me up at my residence and bring me to the dealership which was an approximate hour drive each way. They performed an indoctrination and walk through the vehicle and provided full tank of gas. There were many documents that needed signatures and my only suggestion to Crowley is that they spend more time doing a line by line walk through explaining the complete charge and cost sheet. More
