Not a great experience with the service department. Brought vehicle in for a recall, left vehicle and was told I would be called when service was completed and offered a ride back to dealership. I found my dream used vehicle on line at the Crowley dealership web site. I live in another state & wanted to make a one day visit to trade-in my older vehicle and purchase the new vehicle. I spoke by dealership web site. I live in another state & wanted to make a one day visit to trade-in my older vehicle and purchase the new vehicle. I spoke by phone to Donny in sales & he assured me this could be done. When I saw the vehicle I knew I wanted to drive home with it. So between Gene & the test drive and explaining all the gadgets in the car, to Donny helping with the paper work & getting the car prepped & Stanley guiding me thru the financing I was able to drive home in my new vehicle in a record time of 5 hours in and out.
