I was a little displeased with service. It was dropped off the nigh before, 8:30am appointment the next day, did not receive any info on the vehicle until 2pm. Possibly they were busy, but my thought process is - take car for a ride, put on lift - diagnose isue, clla consumer, after the ok, fix issue. possibly could have been done by noon or 1pm. More

In September 2019, I had an exceptional service experience at Crowley on my 2018 Grand Cherokee that I had purchased at another dealership. I vowed to return to Crowley for my next vehicle. My lease was up and I went to Crowley Jeep where I met Ted, Andy, Elena,Tina, Don, Nick, and Stan. All of these folks were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and did not pressure me at all. The sales team listened to my wishes, showed me vehicle choices, and I was able to select the model and color I wanted which resulted in me making a great deal the same day. Two days later I returned to pick up my new vehicle and complete the paperwork. Once again, everyone was attentive and professional, and I drove off with a beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When you need a new vehicle go to Crowley. You will feel welcome the second you walk in the door, and you will actually enjoy the buying process. As a kidney transplant recipient I must also give kudos to Crowley for making me feel safe while visiting the dealership during the pandemic. They have taken every precaution to keep their visitors and staff protected. I have only had my new Jeep for three days but I am really enjoying it. More
