Experience started off great, they seemed responsive and right on point in the beginning. We agreed to meet to look at the car, which was great until they brought the wrong car and it was all downhill from right on point in the beginning. We agreed to meet to look at the car, which was great until they brought the wrong car and it was all downhill from there. We asked to meet two other times, both of which they said they couldn't so we agreed on Monday and asked they hold the car. Got an email Monday morning stating we wouldn't be meeting as the car sold over the weekend. No apology, no effort to make it right or even show us other cars. Mark took no responsibility and showed no remorse actually pretty much told us it was our fault. Apparently the customer is never right here. Add this to you list of crappy car dealerships to avoid. More

I had great experiences until my latest service issue. I experienced an issue that Jeep Cares validated but instead was patted on the head like I had no clue, charged for a service I didn’t need and made to experienced an issue that Jeep Cares validated but instead was patted on the head like I had no clue, charged for a service I didn’t need and made to feel like I was incompetent. Wasn’t very happy! Took 2 hours to do a simple oil change, I reviewed the service report an it states that the oil used was Organic which to me means not synthetic, not what I expected. When I entered change, I reviewed the service report an it states that the oil used was Organic which to me means not synthetic, not what I expected. When I entered the vehicle after service found the glove box and cab filter left out on the floor. I had planned to look at service contracts and re-up the oil change contract but change my mind and just left! More
