I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at Crowley of Bristol. Mostly on the sales side of things. I am an active duty service member and came to the dealer with a pre-approved loan from my Crowley of Bristol. Mostly on the sales side of things. The salesman seemed upset when I told him that I already chose a bank to fiance with. I wanted to trade my vehicle in for a used Jeep. He told me that if I used my bank to finance I would not be able to take the new vehicle home the day I signed for it and that I was obligated to leave my trade in vehicle (because once I signed it would belong to Crowley). I've been to a dealer with a pre-approved loan and was able to take the vehicle the day of. That would have left me, a working adult, without a vehicle for up to two business days. Not a huge deal but I work 7 days a week. He knew the dealer was going to receive their funds. He stated, "if you finance with us you can take it the same day". I understand that he's a salesman trying to make commission. However, I believe that he/the dealership should've displayed a little courtesy because of my military status and duty to this country. I didn't want any breaks or deals I just wanted to use my personal bank to finance my vehicle. I ended up putting $500 to secure the vehicle. At that point I did not know that it was a non-refundable deposit. I purchased a vehicle because I didn't want to lose money. I financed with a bank used my the dealer. The rate was higher than what it was with bank (by .7%). However, I would never come for any service at Crowley. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone for purchasing a vehicle. More
Contract oil change and tire rotation were fine. Suggested $500 additional repairs were unnecessary according to my "trusted" mechanic. One of several issues with this service group...... This was my second oil change/tire rotation at Crowley Jeep. Both experiences were fantastic. Quick service. They took great care during the pandemic to cover my steering wheel etc. Everyone was wearing m Jeep. Both experiences were fantastic. Quick service. Brought my Ram 1500 in for service to find the root cause of multiple electronic issues I was experiencing. While they tried hard to find what was behind the issues I was experiencing they seemed to have dis of multiple electronic issues I was experiencing. While they tried hard to find what was behind the issues I was experiencing they seemed to have disappeared as quickly as they reared their ugly heads. They kept it for 3 days and put on 70 miles trying to get the issues to appear again. I was happy with the effort they put forth. More
Donny was great! Very honest and helpful. He checked in consistently as most of our interaction was virtual. Once at the dealership it was very easy and safe to get in and sign the paperwork. Jim in service met with me prior to my appointment. He plainly and carefully explained the needed attention/parts for my 2007 Commander. My appointment was on time to start and finished early. Rides back plainly and carefully explained the needed attention/parts for my 2007 Commander. My appointment was on time to start and finished early. Rides back and forth to service dept. Couldn't't be happier. estimate was more than actual bill at the end!! Oh and Jim found two open recalls. He performed one. Ordered and scheduled the second as we wait for parts. Wow. Seriously of of the best experiences at a dealership in my 52 years of driving. Amazing More
Had a scheduled appointment for Monday morning for oil change and cooling system clean and flush.. Waited on within minuets of arriving. Van was ready for pick up just after noon.
