However, Andy greeted me and encouraged me to take the jeep I was interested in for a test drive. Once I returned, he sat with me and my friend and went over the details related to the car. He was professional but friendly. He then referred me to the sales manager, Jon. At that point I wondered why I couldn't just continue to work with Andy because I appreciated his kindness. Jon was much more to the point but again he was informative. I decided to purchase the vehicle and so far haven't regretted it. They took time with me and didn't rush me into making a decision. We spent about an 1.5 hours there despite the fact that when we arrived they were due to close. When I picked up the car a week later, my license plate wasn't there. Andy assured me someone would come to my home and put the plates on and that's exactly what happened. Thank you Andy and Jon! More

I brought my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited in for service because it’s making a constant clunking noise from the transmission every time pressure is taken off the gas pedal then reapplied. Normal procedures were followed (features explained, test drive, financing options, etc). I knew what car I wanted before I arrived, and the way I was treated by the Crowley staff made my decision to buy that much easier. When my car was ready for delivery, there were no “surprises” in the finance office, as the price the Sales Manager previously quoted to me was the price on the contract (though I did a few add-ons). After living with my car for a few days, I am still 100% satisfied. I plan on returning to Crowley for all routine maintenance. My car of choice: a 2020 Jeep Compass. More
