Had an issue with my 14 patriot. Reached out to the dealer I bought car from and was informed it would be 3 weeks until they would get it in to look at.(even though I told them the car was not drivable dealer I bought car from and was informed it would be 3 weeks until they would get it in to look at.(even though I told them the car was not drivable) and that it was my only car. Called Crowley the next day. Explained my issues. They got me in the next morning. Had a rental car set up for me and was on my way within an hr of bringing my car in. They had my car done that day. Unfortunately going to this dealer for service was a disaster. I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Got there 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment time and they took my car r disaster. I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Got there 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment time and they took my car right in. I was excited thinking I’d get done quickly. Well, 90 minutes later I had to ask what was happening with my car. 90 minutes!!! I got word that’d it be 20-25 more minutes. I asked for my car back. I could’ve gone somewhere else and been done in 30 minutes. When they brought my car around they told me they hadn’t even begun working on it yet. I was furious!! Then the service manager apologized by complaining about his staff. Wow! For my time, over two hours, they gave me a free $7.00 car wash. Guess what I’m doing this weekend? Taking my car for an oil change and tire rotation, because it NEVER got done. Zero stars! More
