Regular check-up Arrived ahead of time and was taken immediately. Service rep came in to show me dirty air filter and recommended it be replaced. I concurred. I drove to Crowley Autobody in Bristol the next morning. I have worked with the Shop in the past and have always been happy with the service and body work. Dan greeted me with a smile. He asked me what happened, checked the vehicle for damages and gave me a reasonable estimate. He worked with Me and my Hartford Insurance Co Rep. Both provided excellent customer service. Dan takes great care of his customers and takes pride in his work. The vehicle repair time was 2 days...right on schedule. When I picked up my vehicle, Dan was there to greet me. We walked out to my vehicle. I was so pleased with the body work and my vehicle was shining like a brand new  from the wash and detail. I was impressed and remain a satisfied loyal customer. By far the WORST dealer ship I have ever dealt with, if it allowed me to give no stars I would have.. very unprofessional and rude staff. They refused to work on my vehicle which is a 2018 that I bought br it allowed me to give no stars I would have.. very unprofessional and rude staff. They told me to bring it where I bought it and my warranty allows me to bring it to ANY Chrysler, dodge and jeep dealer ship so basically my car was in there lot for 3 days untouched before they even informed me that they would not work on it due to my engine being replaced already by a different dealership that xxxxed it up (which is where I bought it so I obviously would not bring it back there) More

New Cherokee is awesome! I watched the Crowley website for sales online for a new 2019 Cherokee. When the right one was listed for over $6000 off. I went down and met Dominic I watched the Crowley website for sales online for a new 2019 Cherokee. When the right one was listed for over $6000 off. I went down and met Dominic to do the deal. This was the easiest & best deal I have ever done. Now my wife has a new car with a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty for a very comfortable monthly payment. My wife loves the new Cherokee. So do I.
