Though our 2019 Cherokee was not ready at the scheduled delivery day/time, the Crowley Jeep Team took very good care of us. We were provided a Jeep Grand Cherokee as a loaner vehicle until the following day and a gift card to a local restaurant for the inconvenience. The Team was very pleasant and great to work with. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience and NEVER got that "slight of hand/slimy" feeling that we've seen at other competitor dealerships. We love our new Cherokee and look forward to continue dealing with the Crowley Team. More

The details and pricing were worked out via e-mails in the morning and I drove the Gladiator off the lot in the early evening on the same day ( It was a 1 hr. drive from my home to the dealer). My trade-in offer was at the center of the KBB bell curve which is a very fair value in this particular case. It was a pleasure working with Ted the Sale manager, he and the people at CROWLEY were sincerely friendly and courteous people. I would definitely purchase from them again. I only wish that they were located closer to my home. More

Disappointed Customer My 2017 Ram I purchased from Crowley about 6 months ago needed its 6 mo. service so I made an appointment for August 8th that all went very smooth. Ho My 2017 Ram I purchased from Crowley about 6 months ago needed its 6 mo. service so I made an appointment for August 8th that all went very smooth. However I must let you know that when I made the purchase of the truck I was told that everything that needed repairs have been repaired and that it had new tires put on. I estimate that at 3 months of having the truck I started hearing a noise when I would apply the brakes, I did not take it in rite away because I felt that there couldn't possibly be a problem with the brakes! Once I decided to take it in because the noise was getting worse. Once I got in for service I was told that my brake pads were low and that is why it is making noise and the total cost would be about $830.00. I asked if the extended warranty would cover any of that cost? The answer was no, that really confused me because I understand that repairs like brakes are not usually covered on the warranty due to wear and tear but I only had the vehicle for six months and the brakes should of lasted a lot longer than 3 to 6 months! This tells me that the brakes were not checked like I was told or they were checked and not replaced. I feel as though I have been lied to by the Crowley sales agent in order to get a sale. When I purchased the vehicle the brakes should have been replaced and an honest dealership ( which you rarely hear of) would have seen that the brakes should not perform that way so soon after a purchase and replaced the brakes for free.
