Service Department I stopped by the service department to have my oil changed. I did not have an appointment and was told it would be about an hour an a half. To my surprise when I opened the car door they had vacuumed my car. Nice touch guys! More

Multi point inspection is bogus Twice I brought my cars in for oil changes and they claim to do a "Multi-point inspection". Left afterwards and my wiper fluid completely empty. Accor Twice I brought my cars in for oil changes and they claim to do a "Multi-point inspection". Left afterwards and my wiper fluid completely empty. According to their sheet, they are supposed to fill all fluids... Another time i look over my inspection sheet and it says everything is good. Turn on my wind shield wipers and one of them is missing a piece of rubber. They really did a good job with their inspection.. NOT!!!! Who says they even change the oil or rotate the tires, there is no way of knowing. Complete BS!! More
