I wrote the previous review about purchasing a new 3500 Laramie. At the time my experience was good. That has changed. Upon driving our new vehicle home, it broke down. 322 miles on this vehicle and it is Laramie. At the time my experience was good. That has changed. Upon driving our new vehicle home, it broke down. 322 miles on this vehicle and it is now waiting at the local dealership for a transmission to be put in it. The worst part...paid cash for it. Ram hasn't been much help. This dealership hasn't been ANY help. The salesman quit, the sales manager doesn't do what he says he will do. To be honest I am currently questioning the integrity of this place. More

Great place to do business I came to this dealership with no intention of buying from them. I was invited to test drive a Jeep I liked with absolutely no pressure from the staff I came to this dealership with no intention of buying from them. Then when I decided I liked what I saw, the finance people were very straightforward and told me interest rate up front at my best rate. I was very impressed. My nephew, who doesn’t have the best credit, was also in the market. They worked with him to find a way for him to fianance and helped him through the process to fix his credit. These folks are honest and genuinely interested in treating customers well. I will be a lifelong customer and highly recommend Crown Auto World! More

Bad treatment We were not showed the inventory of cars. They tried to sell us one particular vehicle. As our salesman was talking to us, another salesman was trying to sell the same vehicle to another customer.He priced the vehicle for around $6,000 over the blue book value of the car. Then he used our trade in vehicle and a voucher that we got in the mail and said he was bringing the car down in price to meet the Blue Book value that I told him I looked up.. during the visit we were switched from 1 salesman to another. My husband noticed some things broke on the car everybody was being shown he said it looked like that car probably was in a wreck before. The mailer we received in our mail showed we had won something, which was just a scam to get us to come in. We left with a $5 Walmart gift card and no vehicle from them. I will not go back and I will try to inform all my family and friends so they don't go there either. More
