Until I called Crown & spoke with Christina. Christina and the staff were amazing from start to finish. It was the easiest process and Christina communicated with me along the way. Kept us informed Our MERCEDES SUV was “T-Boned” resulting in severe damage. Professional and courteous David has helped me with 2 previous visits to Crown Collision Center and recently he, again, helped me with issues with my car. Every time he has been David has helped me with 2 previous visits to Crown Collision Center and recently he, again, helped me with issues with my car. Every time he has been responsive and professional. He made sure the work was done well and there were no problems. His estimates were fair. He kept me informed as to the progress of the work. When I brought the car for the appointment, he was on vacation that day and Christina helped me. She also was very courteous and helpful and called me later in the day to give a progress report. She communicated some issues to David the next day as she had promised. The overall experience was excellent as the work was done very well. More
