Having sustained body damage on this truck, I asked the service advisor, Bill Havel, for a recommendation on collision work. I was referred to the Crown Collision Center and was very fortunate to have David as my adjuster. I found David to be very energetic , courteous, and truthful person to deal with. The work on my vehicle was accomplished in a short amount of time, done correctly, and looks great. I recommended David to my neighbor who was also very pleased with David and his positive attitude. I added a spoiler to my Mercedes Tatijana was amazing!! From the beginning of the process until the end I had to do absolutely nothing. I recently made a big misjudgment when parking my car in a spot with a curb that was pulled up and rebar that was exposed and sticking up out BMM of the ground. Not seeing it I pulled forward and when I heard the crunch of my lower bumper cowling I knew it wasn’t good. I had a huge Gouge in the material which extended up from the bottom to the topside as I backed off the rebar. I once again brought my car to crown Collision Center and saw my friend Christina . As before she was professional, polite and again made the experience as pleasant as possible. She did not just write up a work order but brought the car to the different departments that would need to be involved to get the best Prognosis To the extent of the damage and cost. She took me in the next day and 2 days later I had my car back and immaculate More
