Thank you! I arrived in the wrong area and was met by two friendly salesmen who pointed me in the right direction. I then was directed to Dave Biagi while anoth I arrived in the wrong area and was met by two friendly salesmen who pointed me in the right direction. I then was directed to Dave Biagi while another employee immediately opened my hood and began service. All employees worked together with a great team approach. Dave Biagi personally made getting my car serviced easy and gave me his card to I could call him directly for future appointments. Doris Smith created a very pleasant atmosphere, was friendly and efficient with all paperwork. Then, Crown Buick GMC went above and beyond by returning my car to me freshly washed. Thank you! More

Emergency help Thank you Crown Buick GMC St. Petersburg, FL for your assistance in response to my windshield wiper emergency. During a torrential downpour 3:30 p.m. Thank you Crown Buick GMC St. Petersburg, FL for your assistance in response to my windshield wiper emergency. During a torrential downpour 3:30 p.m. my windshield wipers stopped working. Nothing I did could get them going again. I waited until the storm passed. So late in the day I wasn’t sure if the service department could help me. They not only told me to come in, they also discovered the problem quickly. Now this I dreaded because my GMC Terrain is ten years old. I was sure I’d have to wait a day or two for the part. We have afternoon storms everyday in this area. I wouldn’t be able to drive safely without working wipers. To my surprise they not only had the part in stock; but offered to install it immediately even though it was so late in the day. The repair was completed in less time than quoted. I greatly appreciated the timely repair. A special thank you to the technician that completed the work so quickly as I had my dog and we were waiting outside in 94 degree temps which was my choice. I elected to avoid inside due to COVID-19. The service advisor was great and quick to my aid. More

Great Service Experience Last minute on July 13, 2020, I had a battery failure. Called Roadside, Then my Service Advisor William "Bill" Hevel, and he said to bring my Canyon Last minute on July 13, 2020, I had a battery failure. Called Roadside, Then my Service Advisor William "Bill" Hevel, and he said to bring my Canyon in as soon as I got a jump start. Usually I am an early appointment person, but this was not the case in this instance. I showed up Bill and the Crew where just as amazing late afternoon as they are first thing in the morning. Bill said go cool off and have a cold bottle of water (only 94 outside that day) and he would take care of the battery. As usual, He the Technicians, Valet / Courtesy staff , and the Cashier all worked together promptly and effectively with smiles to get me on my way. More
