A dead car to an alive car My problem started with the remote, could not start the car. Called William Hevel my guardian angel as always and told me what to do also he asked me My problem started with the remote, could not start the car. Called William Hevel my guardian angel as always and told me what to do also he asked me to stop by the dealership. Taught me how to replaced the battery, how to open the remote and voila it worked. Sadden for a couple of days the the car,the remote was dead, called him again told me to call the Crown Buick towing Co. and they came towed the car and the next day my car was ALIVE, the battery was dead or low under warranty. I love Bill Hevel he always rescue me with a smile on his face, has patience with me how much I miss his hugs dearly. Extraordinary,excellent service as always.. Thanks Bill you are awesome. Purchase made easy. I called Crown Buick GMC looking for a 2020 Yukon. Beryl Mokros was the salesman that I was lucky enough to get. Explained what I was looking for an I called Crown Buick GMC looking for a 2020 Yukon. Beryl Mokros was the salesman that I was lucky enough to get. Explained what I was looking for and he answered all my questions. I live a little over 3 hrs away so we dealt over the phone. A few calls back and forth and I purchased the Yukon. Upon arriving at the dealership, Beryl had all the paperwork waiting for me as well as the vehicle clean and full of gas. He explained in detail the functions of all the different accessories on the Yukon. Beryl was very helpful with my purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a GMC. More

Service My truck was dead on Monday morning (the 22nd of June) and I called Crown's GMC dealership in St Petersburg. After being transferred to the service My truck was dead on Monday morning (the 22nd of June) and I called Crown's GMC dealership in St Petersburg. After being transferred to the service department, I asked an advisor if I could bring the truck in after 12pm that same day, if of course, I could jump start the vehicle. He said yes, but please be patient. After showing up to the dealership shortly after 1pm, I spoke to John Grundon, a Service Advisor there and he absolutely said he would get me in. Although it took longer than normal, since I did not have an appointment, it was still amazing to me the professionalism John showed and how he kept me informed of repair progress during my visit. My next visit I will make sure I have an appointment. I really appreciate this type of service and I will make sure I take my vehicle to Crown GMC every single time! John, you are a very valuable asset to Crown GMC! And thank you for the 5 Star Service I received while I was there! More
