I would need a thesaurus to find better words than "good" or"best" to describe my experience at Crown GMC. The word I would use would be excellent. First off I want to say my credit history is horrible, I kn or"best" to describe my experience at Crown GMC. The word I would use would be excellent. First off I want to say my credit history is horrible, I knew I had no chance I'm getting a car or so i thought.in comes in Beryl. I told him my situation and he listened, i was honest about my credit and he was honest to me that yes it was a bad situation but not the worst. For the next two days the Team at Crown (Mark, Beryl, Linda) were working behind the scenes trying to find the right car for me and my future. I showed up to meet Beryl from the start he lad the facts out so i could make informed decisions that i would benefit from. Beryl is not your typical salesman. Mark was as straightforward as you can be also informing me on the process that was put into finding me the right car. Linda was great in answering on of my many questions. The team stayed with me until every last question was answered and every T was crossed and the i's were dotted. I can't say enough of them. I'm going to buy my future cars there and will tell anyone who is buying a car to go to Crown. More
