After a comfortable time to select an Encore we liked, Dorothea came up at the perfect time to introduce herself and ask about what we needed and whether the Encore was our choice. After providing lots of information with a friendly flair, we test drove it into our hearts! Dorothea was so helpful and knowledgable. She both offered and delivered a good deal with trade-in and "live market" pricing. Paperwork was typical but managed with friendly banter.
